Lilù offers free ground shipping on orders above 150€ within Italy / above 300€ within Europe.
Otherwise, these are our shipping costs and our delivery times:

- Shipments will be arranged by Lilù Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:30.
- Orders are in transit business days only.
- Standard orders are typically processed between 1-2 business days, but sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
- It is important that you correctly insert an email address and a phone number when you place an order; the courier may not always contact the customer by phone, so it is important that you insert a correct email address when placing an order.
- Lilù Srls is not responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by couriers or any other circumstances beyond the control of Lilù.
- We currently offer DHL Express service for National & International orders; Lilù currently ships all over Italy and all over Europe, but not all over the world, yet! In any case, we will be pleased to evaluate specific requests.
- In case of non-EEC shipments, Lilù Srls is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please mind as fees are not refundable, so are the items that do not get picked up. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
